The Indie Book Watchlist is a public listing of new fiction from independent publishers. Browsing it collects no personal information.

If you submit the Request Removal form, the contact information you provide (name, email, and optionally phone) is used solely to process your request — to review it, confirm your authority to make it, and act on it. It is not retained afterward for any other purpose, repurposed, or shared with anyone. We keep an operational record that a removal was actioned, but not your personal contact details beyond what the review requires.

The watchlist itself lists publicly available book information (title, author, publisher, cover, publication date) to help readers discover new fiction and to send them to the publisher. Publishers and authors can have their listings removed at any time via the form above.
