
Return Policy
We accept returns of print books purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy for books purchased directly from Inbound Books:
To be eligible for a refund, books must be in new, resaleable condition. No writing or highlighting. No bent pages or covers. Any shrink-wrapped or bundled items must be unopened.
We do not accept returns on digital products (including ebooks and audiobooks), access codes, or shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong product. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Return Policy for bookstores and resellers:
If you are a bookstore or reseller ordering directly from Inbound Books, eligible titles may be returned within 6 months of the invoice date, provided they were purchased on a returnable basis and are in new, resaleable condition.
Return shipping is at the reseller’s expense, and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included with the return. We reserve the right to refuse credit for books that arrive damaged, used, stickered, or otherwise unsaleable.
