Meet the Authors
Inbound Books is home to a curated group of creators. Each one brings a distinct voice and a commitment to craft, collaboration, and building something bigger than any single book.

Christopher Bodmann
Christopher Bodmann is a middle-grade author, editor, and marketing strategist who creates stories that entertain but also shape how young readers see themselves and the world. His work blends fantasy adventure with the real challenges kids face as they grow, struggle, and find their place. He especially aims to reach reluctant readers, particularly boys, with engaging stories that offer both excitement and depth. His goal for Inbound Books is to foster an environment where writers and illustrators can create books that matter to the kids who need them most. No matter what that means.

Winter Prosapio
Winter Prosapio is a San Antonio–based author, humor columnist, and communications professional. She has more than thirty years of experience in storytelling and strategy. Her books include literary mystery, comic fiction, and nonfiction. She founded Inbound Books to build the kind of publishing house she always wished existed: one that treats creative work as serious work and writers as the professionals they are.

B.J. Bell
B.J. Bell is a writer, coder, and analyst. Both his fiction and non-fiction engage with technology, culture, and Buddhist practice. With an education in philosophy and anthropology, a lifelong love of technology, and a professional background in contact centers and analytics, his interests range from witchcraft to weighted averages. B.J. co-founded Inbound Books because he thinks the publishing industry needs more cooperatives and fewer gatekeepers.

Jayne Bodmann
Jayne Bodmann is a writer, designer and illustrator with a background in marketing and a soft spot for good stories. As a voracious reader of all genres (and a sucker for a Goodreads challenge), she’s especially drawn to projects that feel playful, a little offbeat, and include a little magic. A mom of five and a lifelong creative, she pulls inspiration for her art and writing from music, food, her children and whatever might be growing in her backyard. As a founder of Inbound Books, she believes everyone deserves the chance to tell their story, and every book deserves a cover that does it justice.

Joseph Guyer
Joseph Guyer is a writer, editor, and content marketing expert. A lifelong lover of books and reading, he has eclectic tastes ranging from ancient classics to contemporary genre and literary fiction. He tends to be most drawn to titles that dare to take big swings, even if they fall short, and works that challenge the reader’s assumptions about the world. He holds a BA and MA in English, and his short fiction has appeared in various literary journals. You can follow along with his attempt to read through his entire tsundoku—or his ever-growing pile of unread books—at josephguyer.substack.com.

Mireya Prosepia
Mireya Prosapio is an illustrator and fiber artist who wants to help creative visions come to fruition. They believe Inbound Books will help to create a more collaborative atmosphere in publishing.
