Inbound Books Media Inquiries
Are you a journalist, reviewer, podcaster, bookseller, event organizer, or media producer looking to connect with Inbound Books? We’re happy to help with review copies, interview requests, publicity questions, and other media-related inquiries.
For all media inquiries, please contact the Inbound Books team at info@inboundbooks.org.
Please allow 3–5 business days for a response, depending on inquiry volume. If your request is tied to a deadline, include that information in your message so we can review it as quickly as possible.

What to Include:
To help us review your request more quickly, please include the following in your message:
- Any relevant links to past coverage, reviews, or interviews
- Your name and outlet
- A link to your publication, platform, or program
- The title and author you’re inquiring about
- The type of request, such as a review copy, interview, event appearance, or general publicity question
- Your deadline, if you have one.

Review Copies
We consider review-copy requests from members of the media, reviewers, and approved coverage outlets. Please note that review copies are intended for editorial coverage and are not available for general reader requests.
If you are requesting a review copy, please include:
- Book title
- Author name
- Publication or platform name
- Mailing address, if a physical copy is needed
- Deadline or coverage date, if applicable

Author Interviews
We welcome requests for author interviews connected to reviews, features, podcasts, book coverage, and events. When possible, please include the author name, outlet, format, topic, and timing of the request.
If your request is time-sensitive, note that clearly in the subject line along with the title or author name. Some publisher media pages specifically recommend including urgency and the book or author in the subject line for faster routing.

Events and Publicity
If you are reaching out about an appearance, event, panel, or festival, please include the event name, date, format, location, expected audience, and any relevant deadlines. That helps us determine availability and direct your request appropriately.
